What the Fit Check covers
We assess whether your available data can answer the question, identify missing fields and recommend a fixed next step. No dashboard is built at this stage. Online requests cover Excel and CSV exports; database projects can be discussed separately by email.

Data described
Monthly invoice-line exports with product IDs, customer IDs, net amounts and product costs.
Feasibility
Sales and product margin can be assessed if cost coverage and credit-note treatment are confirmed. Customer trends require stable identifiers across periods.
Missing for inventory analysis
Stock balances or movement history. Invoice lines alone do not establish stock cover.
Recommended next step
Confirm the calculation rules and export consistency, then agree a fixed scope and price. Any recommendation is specific to the information reviewed.

How are requirements clarified?
We review the question and source description, then send focused questions by email where clarification is needed.
Can I upload a file here?
Yes. At least one de-identified sample is required. Select up to 10 Excel (.xlsx) and/or UTF-8 CSV (.csv) files, with a combined size up to 5 MB. Database access and larger transfers are agreed separately by email.
What if the data is unsuitable?
The assessment explains the gap and a possible next step. We do not present a paid scope as confirmed before feasibility has been reviewed.
